All orders are processed shortly upon receipt. We usually ship in-stock items within 1-3 business days (M-F), excluding major holidays. Your package will be shipped by UPS and the tracking information will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. At this time our shipping carrier does not deliver on Saturdays, including expedited shipping orders. If you are sending a gift and would like us to remove the invoice from the package, please send us an e-mail at immediately after your order is placed.


We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.  International orders are subject to further fees. Let us know at where you would like to ship your purchase, and we will provide you with applicable shipping rates based on your location.


Free ground shipping on all domestic orders - 3-8 business days.
UPS 2nd day air - $20. UPS Overnight - $30.


We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can send it back for an exchange or a refund. All merchandise returned must be in a sellable condition, unworn, unwashed, perfume-free with the price tags intact within 14 days from the date of the delivery.  Shipping and handling charges on your return original order are not refundable, unless the return was a result of shipping error on our part or damaged merchandise. All refunds less shipping cost will be applied to the original payment method. Late returns will be accepted solely at our discretion. Due to health regulations all sales on panty underwear ARE FINAL.  To ensure we receive your return properly, include your original order receipt inside your package, indicating the item(s) and the reason for your return. Included with each purchase invoice is a return form with a UPS return shipping label.

Once we receive your return package, you will be sent an email notifying you of your return to the email address as provided on your original order. Your return credit will be placed on the original form of payment and will appear on your next statement (generally 10-14 days depending on your bank).


If you have received an item as a gift and need to return it, our standard return policy still applies. Please indicate if you would like the return to be processed in the form of a store credit for the full amount of the gift or we will refund the amount to the original purchaser.


Please contact customer service at to assist you with your exchange. We will be able to process your exchange when we receive your original order. In case the merchandise is not available for the exchange, you will be reimbursed. You are charged for the return shipping, but shipping and handling of the exchanged merchandise is free.


For international returns your returned item will be processed as a refund. You may place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
